I am able to craft an item frame using the new recipe using 8 stick 1 phantom membrane but the item frame never turns invisible even with an item in it. I am using ciif-1.0.0+1.19.jar on single player Minecraft 1.19.

Thanks for the report. That seems strange, are you using any other mods? If yes which ones?
