Breaking an umbral sign while it is attached to a block face does not return the item drop

When an umbral sign is placed against a block face, it will not return the item upon being broken. I've tried other types of signs, including those from Traverse and Terrestria and have not been able to reproduce the issue. Only with the umbral signs.

Minecraft Version 1.16.1

Cinderscapes Version 1.0.7 Build 43

Fabric API Version 0.16.0 Build 384

Only other mods that effect the game are Traverse and Terrestria. The rest are all client-side QoL mods.
