Tall Photoferns drop themselves instead of two small Photoferns like vanilla Ferns

When a Tall Photofern is sheared (by the bottom block only; see #52), it drops the Tall Photofern item. One would expect it to drop two regular Photoferns, analogously to how the vanilla Tall Fern drops two Ferns when sheared.
