There are a couple of the plants you've added that can be eaten raw - but, it would be interesting if some of the others could be processes into foods. Not sure how, but a greater variety of things to eat in the nether would be welcome. Maybe some of them could make sugar, under the right circumstance?

Maybe something you need to process with magma cream? I dunno, it's a thought. XD
