Expected Behaviour
Ghastly Ectoplasm's texture would tile nicely regardless of how long the ectoplasm is.
Actual Behaviour
Ghastly Ectoplasm's texture tiles poorly when the ectoplasm is four or more blocks tall, leaving floating segments.
Steps to Reproduce

• Create a new world in Creative mode.
• Obtain ghastly ectoplasm, and hang four of them down from any block in a chain. Note the floating drip segments.
