I already saw #52 and #50, however, in this case, I'm pretty sure that model is changed with CIT and not with CEM, therefore it's probably a parity issue.

Are you sure the images are in the correct order? I think you have them flipped.
Also, could you make the resourcepack link work for both this pack and the one in #135. I can't open them.
