this happens only for food (ig) because other items work properly. as you can see in the photo fish is renamed to "Дори" but it doesnt change the icon. I tested it on 1.19.2 and everything works. Logs included.

the problem is with the mod eating animations.

This is and has been for a while a problem on Eating Animations' side. Should've been fixed by them but it seems the issue reappeared.

Cant do much on my end so it's up to them.

Also I cannot help with the issue at all until it is reproduced in fabric. I never claimed to support quilt and any issues from using quilt is on them.
