Minecraft won't go on the Main Menu once some resource pack that uses CIT is loaded (on 1.20.1)

I've noticed that when a resourcepack, like Stefan's armors 'N' items is loaded, the game stops loading almost at the end.
I've checked the console and noticed that it got stuck like this for 10 mins while waiting the game getting at the end of the loading bar.
So I've tought that the problem was CIT or the resouce pack, but it cannot be the resource since I've used it along all the other resource pack and mods in another "vanilla enhanced" modpack and everything was fine.

Hard to tell while there are so many other stuff in the way, try stripping the setup down to the minimal reproducible one by removing mods and other resourcepacks. Also your specs arent the greatest from what it looks like, I have to consider that it just takes a long time to load because of that as well.
Let me know if removing something else solved this.
This post appears to be a month old, but I have an identical issue with a pretty similar modpack. It would be nice if the developers could find a fix, but as a fellow mod developer for even simpler mods, I know it can take time.

Like I said, I sadly dont have much time to recreate the pack of mods you have myself. If you want to help resolve this issue faster you need to do what you would with any other compatibility issue which is to use the thanos method until you find the direct incompatible set of mods causing the issue at hand.

Problem has been fixed by making the modpack from scratch again, it was probably a conflict or more in some mods or config files that by generating them with a fresh start, fixed this issue.
Thank you again for your patience and sorry if I haven't responded in a week
