In the logs: [citresewn] Parsing CITs... is the last message before it loads for a looong time

I'm still trying to figure out why it's getting stuck instead of removing the offending resourcepacks but I'm pretty sure you just need to enable Broken Paths in the config. If this is not the case, I'll reopen the issue.
