Option to disable /citresewn

Consider adding an option (maybe only in config file?) for modpacks to disable the /citresewn
command in order to reduce confusion, as the intention of the command seems to be CIT resource pack creators instead of users.
That command is the root for any interaction with CIT Resewn outside of mod menu and the resourcepack screen.
The command /citresewn config
opens the config screen which you cannot do without Mod Menu.
Not to mention that it's helpful to have /citresewn
available as a user to know if cits are loading properly.
I will not be removing access to this command under any condition.

That is what I was thinking, if the user has Mod Menu, they don't need a command.

Whether the CITs are loaded or not could be indicated in resource packs menu, but considering that Java Edition does not have the "resource pack checkup screen" like Bedrock Edition does or a good space to add any additional text, the command currently seems to be the easiest way indeed.
