CIT resewn for 1.21.4

The feature
Could you pls update the mod to 1.21.4 cuz i really need it for my recourse packs and other people also need it

- I checked the issues(both open and closed) and could not find a duplicate of my feature
Just leaving a comment here so that I will be notified when this updates to 1.21.4, although I suspect when it comes out there is a slim chance I would update my mods all to 1.21.5 so it would be nice if 1.21.5 is also supported with 1.21.4. This is an amazing mod and it would be great if I could get CIT support soon :)

just to let u know the mod isnt needed on 1.21.5 but ya i need it for .4

Mojang implemented new stuff in the game that allows you to have a bunch of CIT stuff without using CIT resewn
