The question

I made my custom armor name dependent, but the trims on it are off because of how I modeled my armor. Is it possible to have the trim texture change with the name? Can I also have a trim's color change with the name?
I play on a multiplayer server and I use diamond for my trims, but I want to make it a slightly different color, but I've only been able to make a global change for the diamond color and for the trims I use, which messes up other peoples trims if they use diamond / a trim i use
