Alex's Mobs Failed to Load Correctly?

Hi! I've had this issue before but I figured I would try to download the mods again to see if I could get it to work this time. It didn't. I've dowloaded every single 1.19.2 version of Citadel and it shows me the same message every time, I don't understand it. What can I do to fix this? I really want to download this mod.
I have attached a screenshot of the message, as well as the crash report and latest log. If you are able to help in any way, I would really appreciate it.
