Disable Entity Optimizations for Checks for Display Entities & Armor Stands

A bit selfish request but even it is not supported if server using hybrid software (spigot + forge) and ModelEngine (rendering models using display entities) modelengine animations will lag and completly destroys bone system while using with citadel so, making this fixes the issue I think. I will try to implement and create a PR.
