[1.16.5] Citadel has class loading errors

Hi, I have recently installed citadel as it is required for use with the HARDIS mod (not important) but When I go to load up the game I get this error message
-Citadel has class loading errors
java.lang.NoSuchMethodError:
I have attached a screenshot of my mods list, forge version, latest.log and a crash report.
