What does a "stand alone version" mean, explicitly? Does it refer to an unmodified copy of the software? A copy of the software with nothing else distributed alongside it? Is a derivative, modified version of the mod a "stand alone version"?

As it stands, I would feel scared of using this software in any situation - modpack, server, you name it.

(Personal plea: Please, if you can avoid it, don't write custom licenses. We have enough to deal with, and it can help avoid issues such as this.)
