It'd be very convenient for modpack and datapack creators if some tags handled weapon behavior like classifying a weapon as a Spear, or Greatsword. Additionally, being able to modify the stats and behavior of things such as the damage from the sweep attack a Greatsword performs, or determining the range of the spear's charged attacks would be very nice.
