Readme should contain some simple install instructions, and a license for the mod.

The license should also be on the forum post.

Perhaps also a link back to the download repo "for those who don't know java". :P

You may want to make it clear that CSM is creative commons in the readme.

The forum post will get a revamp as soon as I get the mod to a reasonable state (meaning most stuff is reimplemented for an update)
The readme will be updated when I get to it.
