In the GUI, add buttons that take you to links to install Java 21/22/23 (eg Adoptium)

Might be a good thing to allow the Relauncher directly download the "supported" version of the specific Cleanroom version that gets used instead of only showing a link to the website, while still allowing the user to change the installation path
