update to 1.21?

Hey there, this project was left on the side while I was busy. Hopefully some updating and additions will come soon. Thanks, I will keep this updated.

@Splzh pls try to continue this whenever possible, this is single handedly the best hitbox mod there is for fabric with a big difference. since it is the only one that supports changing line thickness. Its a shame to see it discontinued like this :(
