Whenever I'm exploring with my elytra, it's annoying when I accidentally right-click a block and it launches a rocket in my offhand instead of propelling me.
I suggest an option that disables launching rockets on blocks under the following conditions:

• if you have an elytra equipped
• if the rockets are in your offhand
• if the rockets don't have a decoration (crafted just with paper and gunpowder)
  This would be similar to the torch offhand stuff.
