The auto climbing feature doesn't work on scaffolding form ic2

Auto climbing only works for ladders that use the default implementation. This could be specialcased for IC2 and Dark Steel ladders, but I'm not sure there really is a need (Scaffolding is for building and precise climbing, Dark Steel ladders are super fast anyways).
