Describe the Issue

When picking up a grave for your loot with the https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/youre-in-grave-danger mod, if you have a torch item in your offhand it will place on the ground when you right click the grave.

This shouldn't have anything to do with Client Tweaks, it's default vanilla handling if the interaction is not properly marked a success. This is an issue that would have to be fixed in You're in Grave Danger.
