Master and Music slider do not correctly reposition themselves when GUI scale is changed

Describe the Issue

When changing the GUI scale, the sliders this mod adds to the options menu do not reposition themselves properly. Closing and reopening the options menu fixes the issue. See the video below.

To reproduce the issue:

  1. Open the options menu
  2. Open the video settings
  3. Toggle the GUI scale to any smaller or larger size
  4. Observe how the issue occurs
