Describe the bug
When I reload datapacks via /reload command and then open inventory during the reload, when the reload should finish, Minecraft crashes.

Steps to Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• Type /reload to reload datapacks
• Open the inventory prior to the reload finish (on the fast PCs it may take a few attempts)...

Environment (please complete the following information with the version):

• Minecraft: 1.17.1
• Mod Loader: Fabric 0.11.6
• REI: 6.0.279-alpha
• Cloth Config: 5.0.38

Additional context
While reading the crash report I thought that it possibly occurs because of REI reloads block registry that it can show in the sidebar.
