Running on Forge 40.1.25

I isolated what was causing my custom modlist to crash on start up and found that its cloth-config 1.18.2 that's causing the crash when the game starts up after the curse forge initialization. I tried running minecraft with only cloth-config in the mod folder to confirm.

Exit code is 1 and the error bit says it may be caused by an invalid java runtime configuration.

Please help.

Same issue due to 'invalid modid' according to gdlauncher
