Hello!

I keep getting this error on the Fabric loader when trying to boot up minecraft with cloth config and falling leaves, It says its missing but its in my mods folder so I\m not sure what to do
I have the lastest version of cloth config downloaded. Does anyone know what the error is?

Would really appreciate the help!
