Basically when have spell engine and cloth config it says incompatibility it says v15.0.127 is present even if I only have v15.0.140 how do I solve this?.

I am having a similar issue. I am trying to run some mods that require spell_engine, and spell_engine requires cloth-config. However whenever I put it in my mod folder and run it, it states "Incompatible mods found! Install cloth-config, version 11.1.106 or later.". Which I do, however even then it says my game crashed and "Exit Code: 1".
