I was wondering if you could add Fabric Loader 0.16.4 compatibility for the newer versions of the mod.

I believe I was forced to upgrade the Fabric Loader version to match one of the mods I'm integrating with. I might be able to drop it down to 0.16.4, but I'm hoping for 1.0.7 to be the last 1.0.x version before the 1.21 Kotlin rewrite for Cobblemon 1.6
