Both of these crashes have been driving me up a wall. For some reason, lately, Minecraft will not create a new world without crashing a few seconds later. I remember it crashing with this report only rarely but it has become more and more often.

Before, I had optifine, fastcraft, shadermodcore. I've since removed those and tested without. Still, same problem.
