Config to make it so that you cannot make the coins from iron ingot, diamonds, and gold ingots.
This would help SMP server economies by allowing them to not have the economy inflated by either mining or renewable gold or iron.

Hello, there are already tools available to remove recipes such as custom data packs or CraftTweaker. These will also work on the server.
