Boiler/Icebox with the smokestack placed on top (Hearth included) and powered will give the warmth/chill effect inconsistently. Have to walk around the base or turn the block on/off to get it to work again for a short period before bug persists. Standing very close to the block is the only way to get the warmth/chill effect consistently.
