Log Spam related to item.toml

Every 2s or so, I see the following line in my Minecraft log file:

[18:39:14] [Thread-4/WARN]: Configuration file /Users/andrewminer/CurseForge/Instances/Tungston's Create/config/coldsweat/item.toml is not correct. Correcting

It also rotates through creating .bak files. For example, if I delete all the item-n.toml.bak files, they are all replaced in rapid succession. I can't see any problems during game play which seem related to this (e.g., my customizations to the items.toml file have the desired effect in the game).

So far as I can tell, there's not actually anything wrong with my item.toml, but I've attached it here, just in case...

Does this happen consistently for any session? And does it do this for the default configs? Also, does this happen on the latest version released yesterday?
