Attempting to remove an insulation item using shears doesn't remove it properly

Steps to reproduce:
- Obtain an item that has had an insulator installed using the Sewing Table.
- Place that item into the Sewing Table alongside Shears and remove the result.
- Look at the armour piece that you just removed the insulator from.
- ---> See that the armour piece hasn't changed in any way, and that placing the armour piece back into the Sewing Table allows you to once again remove the insulator, allowing you to duplicate the returning insulation item.
