My temperature is shown as "hot" on my hotbar, but there is still ice on my screen. I also can't find a way to disable temperature overlays, if one exists.

This doesn't look like the Cold Sweat overlay, unless you have a texture pack to change it. Maybe it's a different mod.

Oh very odd. I started with someone else's modpack, but I added Cold Sweat myself. I'll look into it further.

I turned off Cold Sweat and the overlay disappeared. I suppose it must be a weird interaction with another mod in the pack.

Figured it out! It was from EnhancedVisuals temperature mod integration.
