Serious Player Animations overrides Cold Sweat's lamp holding animation. Looking at their documentation, they let you change existing animations, but not add new ones, which is what would be required to make compatibility with that mod. I don't think there's much that Cold Sweat can do. The developer says they will address compatibility issues as they arise, but I see that this mod hasn't been touched in some time.

what about disable hand animation config option ?

i mean i tried to fix it by using resource pack but first person hand got rotated

The animation being disabled is why it looks like that. I don't that that would help.
