[Minor] Thermometer turn to Fahrenheit instead of Celsius after dealth

Hi!

There are a minor problem with thermometer. If I right-clicked it (after login to world) it shows Celsius degree (and UI also Celsius).
But after death right-click with thermometer shows Fahrenheit degree (UI near hotbar still shows Celsius). In my client config file I turn setting to show Celsius (Celsius = true)

Minecraft: 1.21.1
NeoForge: 21.1.169
