Using a hot waterskin causes insane temperature gain until death (thousands of degrees)

After using a waterskin with hot water the temperature rises like crazy, i have a lot of mods (233) installed including serene seasons and thirst was taken

I also tried this on a minimal instance with just Cold Sweat, the bug was still there. Also, the latest patch that doesn't have this problem is 2.4-b04c

They also seem to make the player wet infinetly, or at least for a very long time
