[Bug]: Growing sapling deletes solid blocks

Bug Description
When I grow an azalea sapling with bonemeal it deletes solid blocks
How to Reproduce?
- Build solid blocks around sapling
- grow sapling using bonemeal
- Blocks will be replaced by leaves
Expected Behavior
leaves should not replace solid blocks, if there is not enough space to grow the tree it should not grow at all, like vanilla sapling behaviour
