Exploit to skip tiers(And since the items have EMC values basically a dupe)

Short description:

The wands from better builders wands mod allow you to skip chest tiers & dupe infinite EMC

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. ... Place a row of Silver chest wall blocks with more in your inventory
2. Use a diamond wand on the line to try and place more silver chest walls and they become diamond chest walls
3. Profit on the tier skip & EMC

Expected behaviour:

For it to place the walls you have selecter

Thanks for the issue, but this sounds like a problem with the better builders wands mod. Could you report it to their issue tracker instead?
