Pickaxe with smashing modifier can't break chest blocks

In Sky Factory 3 for 1.10.2, when I add a diamond hammer to my Tinker's pickaxe, I can no longer break colossal chest blocks with that pick.

Sounds like a possible issue with Tinker's then, please report it to their issue tracker.
