When attaching elytras to the Flux-infused jetplate, it should consume power instead of durability.

My initial code actually had this sort of compatibility, but I decided against it for a few reasons. Now I'm rethinking my decision. I'll leave this suggestion open until I make a firm decision one way or the other.

I have released a new update on CurseForge, version 1.0.4, that adds a configuration option for how the elytra uses durability on chestplates. If set to use the chestplate's durability, and the chestplate has energy storage, the elytra will use energy at a rate of 1000 RF/second.
