Elytra doesn't show

Elytra doesn't show at server, but still shows at single + on armor stands at server.

Have you tried removing Optifine altogether and seeing if this still occurs? Nothing else in your modlist stands out to me as a potential problem, but I'd have to dig a little deeper.
Cursory investigations on my part haven't yielded any useful results.
Just to be sure, can you replicate this behavior with just Colytra installed? If not, then there's not much I can do without knowing which specific mods are causing the problem.
I request that you do some testing with increasingly smaller mod lists to try and identify the conflicting mods. At the moment, there is too little information for me to resolve this issue.
Deleting Optifine doesn't helps. Problem is the same, but now it affects also single player.
Removing Galacticraft(GalacticraftCore, GalacticraftPlanets, Micdoodlecore) solves the problem, but with only galacticraft+colytra+baubles+optifine - there is no problem(With no other mods).
That's pretty strange.
HammerCore + Galacticraft + Colytra. That's all, what you need to reproduce this bug.
Unfortunately, with just those three mods installed, my attached elytra still shows up fine. It seems that I cannot replicate this bug with the current information.
Everything I have is exactly the same as yours. I'm sorry to say, because I'd really like to help you resolve this issue, but I can't do anything if I can't reproduce it.

My configs are all just the default, as my testing was in a fresh instance. All you would have to do is delete your config files and let them regenerate to mimic mine.
