Simple as the title. Put an elytra'd armor in the crafting grid, the output is the elytra contained with the durability it should have, and the chestplate isn't consumed, just loses its elytra.

Should also have a config option to control whether this is usable, since you have the CHESTPLATE and INFINITE options for durability mode.
