Describe the bug
In the configs folder for CombatRoll, enchantments are not present

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Use 1.21.1 minecraft, 1.16.4 fabric (also works on 1.16.3)
2. go to configs folder and find combat roll.
3. Get sad because no enchantment config

Expected behavior
A file to configure enchantments

On Minecraft 1.21.1 enchantments are fully data driven.

Customisation of Enchantments is now only possible using datapack.
