Describe the bug
A new player is crashing on loading the game with our modpack. They are the only ones to report this problem.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Load modpack
2. Start game
3. Game crashes on launch

Expected behavior
For client to start up correctly

Additional context
For troubleshooting player says "crashed every time i tried the pack
did restart, did reinstall both the pack and curseforge itself
even changed java version"

I am assuming it may be their system set-up, but perhaps you have more understanding of what is happening in the log.
