What is the new feature or improvement?

Hey there. With Luck becoming a thing in vanilla MineCraft, if it's not too much to ask could you make an option to tie it in with the chance to break? Like a multiplier option for every point of luck to decrease the chance to break (or increase, in the case of unluck).
