What is the new feature or improvement?

A configuration option to define the /set time XXXX to be able to customize the time upon waking-up.

Please describe why you want this feature.
I enjoy seeing the sunrise, and this makes the day longer by utilizing that extra time.

How.
Could either just change the time after wake up to reverse time, or if possible change the default wake time for all sleeping methods to the configurable value above.
