What happened?

I was try making modpack for me and my friend play then when i attack zombie on the server i realize the zombie just like a normal zombie, and i try the mod in single player it works well

This is In The Server and i set damage Reduction to 90

And this in single player world its work properly

And at creative inventory there is no Consecration icon!

How do you trigger this bug?
