This appears to be caused by a corrupted commandblockide.bin
file. I cannot reproduce the issue by entering the command you provided, so there must be something else going on here.
Could you please send your commandblockide.bin
file so I can investigate this? It's located in your .minecraft
directory.
As a workaround, you can rename this file to something else, which will cause the mod to create a new empty file that isn't corrupted. This will collapse all multi-line commands to their single-line versions.
